The Thang:
Warm up
– Indian run around soccer field

Begin with stretching…
– 20 Side straddle hops
– 15 arm circles (& reverse)
– 15 seal claps
– 15 overhead claps
– 15 windmills aka Abe Vigodas (old man style – slow)

Legs –
3 x Aiken Legs (variation) by playground benches
(Al Gore after you’ve completed each rep until everyone is finished)
– 20 squats
– 20 step ups on benches (alternate legs)
– 20 lunges (10 each leg)
– 20 calve extensions
– 60 seconds on wall
Rinse & repeat 3x

– 20 merkins (normal)
– 20 wall dips
– 15 merkins (wide)
– 15 wall dips
– 10 merkins (diamond)
– 10 dips
– 10 Iron Hulks (slower)
1 merkin to 4 air pumps (10:40)
– circle of Mary (core)
