Disclaimer given and waivers signed. Rule of 3 explained. As there was only 3 someone is going to have to take one for the team. After giving advice and direction to a tourist/hiker we started our mosey!
The Thang:
Running up to the first bench on the main trail, before heading down Bayless Trail. We learned about Toro and his profession for why his name is perfect. Headed down the Bayless Trail. Across to the next bench. Enjoyed the breeze and sprinkles of rain. Headed up the shoulder and reminded PAX to lift that big toe to reduce tripping. Pic at the top of sunrise shoulder. Down we go through back to the parking lot! 1:07 for the 4 miles.
COT:
Countarama and namearama. Announcements and prayer intentions given. Good discussion with Toro about his work with Organ Donation charity. We also discussed my work around sobriety. Wished Toro a fond farewell and safe travels. Choo Choo was off to collect more miles!
