The Thang:
Moseyed around park stopping every .25-.40 miles to perform 2 minutes of either merkins, pullups, dips, squats, reverse lunges, and box jumps. Impressed all the PAX could get in some pullups. Finished with Mary: LBCs, toe touches, American hammers, and 6 in leg raises. YHC promises a more creative Q next time but the workout was successful for some needed Cleveland points. Great way to spend a beautiful May morning.
