Disclaimer was given! Rule o three given. Uhaul was ripping and ready to go! Uhaul took off with the group! Group seemed excited and ready to run!

The Thang:
Up the first elevation to the first bench! Which has now become the bench of our 86 year old buddy! He tells us he’s been hiking the hill fir 26 years… so he started at 60! Longish break there and the down bayless to the backside and the next bench. Timber and Armstrong got some Merkins in. Up we go to the turn for the stairway to heaven. Up and over sunrise shoulder. Down the angry steep section!! PTR took two down today. One with a blood sacrifice. But all pushed through!!! We got in our 4 miles. Total time 1:06.

COT:
Countarama and namearama. Announcements were given. Fellowship lunch today at 11:45 at Chalsea kitchen! Prayer group is going. Intentions: ATM dad for healing and Armstrong’s MIL also for healing and for her caretakers. Timber’s camping trip for safety. Amen! 🙏
