The Thang:
Up to the first bench. 86 year old fella, red hat, from last week was there and gave YHC a dressing down. This one needs to work out more. Actually he was kidding but we stopped and listened to him for a while. Down and around past other benches with brief pauses. Armstrong and Timber doing mericans along the way. We did add a little bit to the end to get 4 miles! Time was 1:06 today.
