The Thang:
With a coupon (I.e medicine ball) mosey with last man up carrying weight pass back to the last man. Stop every 5mins to do a set of exercises.
1st stop – low plank toe taps
2nd stop – mtn climbers
3rd stop – dips and incline diamond merkins
4th stop – back rows and calf raises
5th stop -abs.
—Next: Do mosey snake up the stairs where the first person drops and does merkins till everyone has ran by.
