Intro:
7 braved the 2.3 mile EC run. General disclaimers were given and the PAX moseyed around the lake to a nice grass patch to begin general warm-ups – side straddle hops (15x), windmills (10x), squats (10x), merkins (11x), WWIIs (10x), mountain climbers (10x), and merkins (9x). SV then grabbed a large deck of cards and asked the PX to follow him to the bottom of the Hill ….

The Thang:
Once at the Hill, the PAX flipped cards and did exercises – hearts (back peddle up the Hill and do hand release merkins), diamonds (run up the Hill and do diamond merkins, spades (run up the cart path and do WWI, and clubs (run around the fenced dog areas and do squats). After a proper BD the PAX moseyed to the basketball court where SV had some more games of chance. The PAX was broken up into two teams (black shorts vs non-black shirts). If someone made a free throw, the other team did merkins (min 10x) and the “winning” team did suicides. If the shooter missed, they did merkins and the “winning” team did suicides.

After 38 minutes of pain, the PAX gathered for rapid fire Mary.
