The Thang:
Warm-Up: Windmills, arm circles, and Mosey carrying 2 Peanut Butters through the north side of the park. With a peanut butter in each hand: Arm Circles, Backward Arm Circles, Seal Claps, Overhead Claps, Ws, Cherry Pickers (herein referred to as PB Shoulders). Bearcrawl across field, pike pushups and bearcrawl back. PB Shoulders again. Side shuffles w/PB: Once across anc back, again but staying low, and again staying low by jumping up. PB Shoulders again. One minute each AMRAP: Burpees, Lunges, Imperial Walkers, Merkins, Plank Jacks, Squats. PB Shoulders again. Circle of Planks: Everybody in high plank, circled up, first person does a merkin then gets up to run around circle, next person does the same until everybody has done it. PB Shoulders again. Mary: Jim Braddocks, Plank, LBCs, Reverse Plank, American Hammers
