Disclaimer? Nice cool breeze this morning. Timber decided headlamp was not necessary, but water was. 4Pax got moving earnestly at 0530.
The Thang:
Starting from lower left bench at Freedom Trail Trailhead. Ran clockwise around PTR. Very brief if any stops at usual benches. However at the Bayless turnout a Full Respect Respect fella had his hat blown off. Focker respectfully grabbed said hat and handed back to him! Off we went down the trail. We got a full report of Blazers ultra run. Which sounded epic and brutal. We continued pushing pretty hard through remainder of the benches. At the shoulder the wind picked up on the front side again. Down and back the parking lot in 15 minutes per mile pace. 3.7 miles in 55:46.
