– 100 wall Dips (partner)


In every aspect of life, there’s a difference between “trying” and “training”. Whether it’s to be healthy or be a good husband and father, ask yourself if your just trying or if you’re training to be what you want to be.
It’s a subtle difference, but this perspective shift changes everything in our world.
