WARMARAMA:
YHC spent some time researching other F3 Regions across the country and found exercises either created by those regions, or exercises that showed up a lot in their backblasts. It was decided to incorporate such exercises into this beatdown:
Bolt 45s(F3 Lexington): OMD x 15 – Standing to Halfway Squat
OMD x 15 – Halfway Squat to Full Squat
OMD x 15 – Standing to Full Squat
Sun Gods (F3 Fort Collins): IC x 20 (Forward)
IC x 20 (Backward)
Grady Corns (F3 Knoxville): IC x 20
Seal Jacks (F3 New Hampshire): IC x 20
Derricks (F3 Texas): IC x 10 each leg
Carolina Dry Docks (F3 Raleigh): OMD x 10
The Thang:
DORACIDES (F3 New Hampshire):
2 PAX worked together to reach cumulative exercise goals of 100, 200, 300, and 400 reps.
1 PAX member will execute as many reps as possible while PAX 2 sprints 30 yds, 1 burpee, sprint back to partner, touch, sprint 60 yds, 2 burpees, sprint back to partner, touch, sprint 90 yds, 3 burpees, sprint back, switch with partner. PAX member picks up where the PAX member doing the exercises left off.
American Hammers x 100
Merkins x 200
LBCs x 300
Squats x 400
Keeping with the 4-20 theme, some mumble chatter was heard while running that sounded very similar to “THIS BLOWS!” One Pax, I will not say who, tweaked his back and instead of waiting for 6 minutes of Mary to say “Hello Dolly”, we were saying “Good Bye, Dolly,” but hope he is okay.
Minutes Of Mary:
We ended with some Pax Choice Core exercises until the time was up.
COT:
Read a fun backblast that YHC stumbled upon from F3 Fort Collins titled, “You had to have been there.” Honestly, if you were not there this day to hear the backblast, it is highly recommended that you search F3 Fort Collins and track down that blackblast for yourself.
Prayers were lifted up and we went our separate ways. As always, it was an honor to lead such an amazing group of men. Until next time!
