Standard warmup: arm circles, side startle hops, cherry pickers, squat thrusts.
Indian run: two groups head different directions to mosey around the park to meet in the middle.
The Thang:
Pair up with one soccer ball and one pipe.
Partners line up together facing mini goals placed 20, 40, and 60 feet out.
Set 1: One partner dribbles around the far goal (60 feet) while the other partner hops over the pipe, left leg, right leg, and together 10 times each repeating until they switch with their partner. 7 times
Set 2: One partner dribbles around the middle goal (40 feet) while the other partner planks back and forth over the pipe until they switch with their partner. 11 times.
Set 3: One partner dribbles around the near goal (40 feet) while the other partner squats back and forth over the pipe until they switch with their partner. 21 times.
Game: 3 v 3 to small goals. Deflection goal by Petra to win!
