Buckets, Rifles, and Ladders

The Thang:
Split into two groups each group takes one bucket and each guy has a brick. Must hug the bucket and rifle carry the brick. Went half way around park walking with bucket and rifles, then each group met up and back to the basketball court. Time for ladders… staying in teams: one guy carries buck to other end of court starts with 5 bucket squats (increase by one each trip) others do exercises of 100 Merkins, 200 plank jacks, 300 Apollo Onos, 200 plank Jack, 100 Merkins. Trade out guys carrying bucket.

Ran out of time for mary. Mary wasn’t mad. Countarama and namearama. Announcements and prayer intentions were given. Thanks for allowing me to lead today! Have a great week fellas!!!
