The Thang:
Started out with Motivator and a bit of a warmup followed by High Roller which used a 12 sided die. First Roll determined exercise and 2nd roll determined count. Each Pax had a chance to roll the die in a rotating fashion with the first time around the circle having a 3x multiplier and the 2nd round having a 2x multiplier. I rolled a 1 for burpees with a 2nd roll of 11 both times 55 burpees! Needless to say we got our money’s worth… exercises for each number are shown below:
