Disclaimer given. Started off with moving the ducks and planting the flags! 🇺🇸 started promptly at 0530 with Warmarama. 10 IC side lunges R & L, 10 IC lunges F & B, 15 IC SSH, 15 IC mountain climbers, 15 IC arm circles front/back/seal/overhead. Short mosey with flags.

The Thang:
Planted flags in field about 25 yards apart. Going flag to flag. Started with 25 big boy sit-ups (standup version), bear crawl, 15 spiderman burpees, side bear R, 15 BB sit-ups, crawl bear, 15 Spider-Man burpees, side bear L, 25 mountain climbers, crab walk, 15 inch worms, side crab L, 25 mountain climbers, back Crabwalk, 15 inch worms, and side crab R. Mosey with flags back to starting point. Mary: American hammers, Freddy Mercury’s, scissor kicks, and hello dolly’s.

Countarama and namearama; announcements: 2.0 workout at the Ranch 4/17 0600, 4/24 Pat Tillman Run at PTR, and Father Son workout 5/1. Prayer.
