2nd: 5x burpees (crab walk) / 10x lunges (rev. lung) / 15x imperial squat (one leg hop) / 20x mtn climbers (one leg hop) / 25x Peter Parker’s (bunny hop) / 30x pulse squats

3rd: ladder (suicides) in between workouts
5x burpees / lunges/ imperial walkers / merkins: 10 std / 10 narrow / plank jacks / squats Jumps
