Intro:
Bring your clubs and a good attitude and I am not a professional

The Thang:
Warm up with some side straddle hops, Cherry pickers and old school cherry pickers, small and big arm circles forward and back and some Don Q’s. Short jog to the wall. Divided the team in 2 and the first team up to the tee was determined by a tug of war. Choo Choo and Full House were unmerciful in wanting to be first on the tee. After each shot, the team traveled together and hit it/go get it/ready play/sprint to the ball situation. We had a par 3, par 4 and a par 5 set up and the team had to rotate who skulled the ball towards the hole. A double bogie by both teams lead to 13 Burpees, Bobby Hurleys and a bear crawl to tree and back. We had make sure there were not any errant drives and screams of FORE. No one was hurt due to some excellent last minute planning and wind sprints by the Q. Par 4 was a bit easier for both and we had 2 pars which led to 10 Merkens, Lounges and a BeMoore special of frog hops to the par 5. The Par 5 we saw some birdies which the light helped find the ball and with success. After the Par 5, we had an interlude with the 2 teams becoming friends again and sharing the love with Aunt Sally Merkens. Mercifully, this was limited to 2 minutes and I hope the PAX took their allergy meds. We transitioned and the UMPIRE set the 2 teams up with the 2nd team up to bat first. Batting preparation included, jumping over a the rope, the wheel of pain, jump rope and lounges with a re-furbished coupon leftover in an exercised dreamed up by BMoore. The field team rotated pitchers and some were throwing brush back pitches and were supposed to be doing burpees. Burpees was mildly successful. A couple made nice contact and a few may need their vision checked. We finished with Mary and the team of 10 strong leading the way with core exercises.

COT:
We prayed for Uncle Craig, Brother Mike, Brother in law George and Focker’s friend, marriages, family and our roles as providers and protectors of the home. It was a great Holy Thursday and preparation for the 3 days before Easter and we talked about something each was looking forward to TODAY. Ended with a quote from John 8:12 “I am the light of the world. Whoever follows me will not walk in darkness, but will have the light of life.” Be More and Be the Light for you family and friends this Easter season. Cheers!
