The thang:
10 burpees. Run to end of field. 10 burpees. Run back to start. 10 burpees. Run to end of field. 10 burpees. Run back. 10 burpees. OYO. Run fast. PU6.

Hold calf raise for a while. 25 bunny hops. Repeato 3-4 times.

Down dog calf stretch. Hold plank. Mountain climbers. Hold plank.

Run lap around field. Stop at fence posts.

1 legged squat. 10 each.
Hold some sort of leg stretch.
Repeato 3 times.

Foot on fence. 1 legged pickle pointer. 10 each. OMD. Last 2 sets tempo.
Quick feet for 1 min.
Repeat 3 times. (Quick feet only twice.)

Mosey to field.

Failure to launch.

Hold some plank. Maybe?
Side leg raises and kick out.
LBC 10 count hold at top.
Penguin. Baby penguin.

Pray for injuries and health. Strength for Sandbag’s mom.
