Set-up 4 sections/zones with a workouts: 1- burpees 2- thrusters 3- merkins/prisoners jump squats 4- plank toe taps. You have a batter and a pitcher rotation. Each batter gets two pitches. First pitch determines the workout based on where the ball lands. Second pitch determines the reps of the workout depending on what zone the ball lands. 1-10reps 2-5reps 3-5reps 4-3reps. Do multiple rounds, switch workouts as needed. Finish with Mary
