Intro:
20 side straddle hops, 10 Don Quixotes, 20 arm circles. Run around a section of the park, end at the base of Focker hill.
The Thang:
Pyramids. Do one merkin at the bottom of the hill, run to the top and do two, run back down and do three, etc, until you get to ten. Repeat for WW2s, squats, Apollo ohnos and mountain climbers. Then do pyramids of five for tuck jumps and burpees. Then move back a bit, and lunge to the top of the hill and back down. Repeat for karaokes, shuffles, duck walks, crab walks, bear crawls, inchworms, skips, high knees and butt kickers. Do one more lap, and come back to the circle. Go around the circle, stating an exercise. We did American hammers, burpees and chin-ups, and then it was 7:00.
