The Thang:
5 rounds with coupons – 6 reps per each movement going from merkin to curls to squats to coupon swings to shoulder presses to tricep extensions. Between rounds sprint to pull-up bars (4). Rd three and four lunge to pull-up bars. Finished with way mosey around park. Finished with Mary: 6 in straight leg raises x 25 IC, 20 IC hello dollys, and 45 second Shock V-up. Pullups are improving and but more core work is recommended.
