Side straddle hops, windmills, slow mosey

The Thang:
9’s with hill. WW1 / squats. Thunderstruck burpees, 4 corners (spider merkens (15), sweat angels (10 cadence count), Wax Off V’s (10 cadence count. 3 rows, 5 second hold), J Lo’s (20 each side). 5 burpees after each corner. 7’s Derkens and step ups. Bring Salley up (squats, high plank, low.plank)
