Circuit 1: Laps around pound – 1 person runs around pound (80m) everyone else does an exercise (4 rounds). Circuit 2- BLIMPS with a run uphill (40m) in between each exercise. Circuit 3: mtn climber rounds, Peter Parker, Parker Peter and finished with elbow to knees Parker peter. Finish with Mary.
