The Thang:
Everyone had a 10lb plate, L/R side reach with a squat, 15reps Single arm shoulder press, 2x/20yd weight over lunge twist, 45sec/2x curls, 2x triceps, next 12reps/ 2x squat with a curl at the bottom, 5reps/2x back/front lung , 2x/ L&R single side lat reach, weighted sprints, weighted plank with run. Finish with Mary.
