The Thang:
Indian run (person in back does 3 burpees) along side walk to the tennis court bleachers. In the bleachers do (quick feet / dips) on first step while each person takes a turn running to pickle ball court and back. Next, mosey to basketball court to perform BLIMPS on the court. Everyone together, Start at one end of court and do 5 reps of each exercise. Rise n repeat. Mosey back to starting point, stop at each pickle ball bench area and do a set of exercises. At starting point – agility drills (back pedal / side shuffle / sprint) through the cones and trees. Finish with Mary.
