Intro:
Many without rucks this morning. Stu though brought a ruck and gave it to Chief. He said it was training for helping him to move soon. Billy goat 🐐 also had a pack and YHC too. Disclaimer given, headlamps on and up we went at 0530. Good group this morning!

The Thang:
Ruck up the hill to first overlook, up the stairway, and to fireman’s pole. Two more steep rock scrambles and around the highway to the sun rise turn. Still no sunrise yet… Merkins all around and back down with lunges, squats and dips on the way down. Returned to the helipad for COT.

COT:
Countarama and namearama. Announcements: convergence is coming 3/6 at NS 0600; 3/13 is Tucson F3 launch at 0600 Gene C Reid Park. Westfork Camping trip… 6/25 weekend. R2R planned for October. Prayers for Stu’s son having a medical procedure, Stu’s upcoming move back to ATL and for the state of TX or those affected by this cold weather storms. Amen!!! Ruck on!
