Start on corner of court. Bear crawl the long sides, crab walk short sides, doing 10 diamond Merkins on each corner, returning to starting point. Move to end of court. Do lunging suicides, the lines being free throw, half court, far free throw line, and the other end. Repeat with Odin hops. Repeat with burpee jumps, but returning to the starting line is backpedaling. 20 step-ups each side, then 20 dips. Starting at the end of the court, do one ranger style Merkin, then run across and do two, then run back and do three, and so on until you reach 10. Then go back down to one.
