-27 Burpees in all…most of us kept up to the music, however, YHC should probably invest in an actual speaker in order to hear the song better.

-Numbered Cards = run to farthest pole and back after exercise
-Face Cards = Just the exercise with no run after
J=11 reps, Q=12 reps, K=13 reps
A’s = Welsh Dragons x 5
Hearts = Burpees
Spades = Big Boy Sit Ups
Clubs = Merkins
Diamonds = Squats
No one, including YHC, were rooting for A’s to be pulled, which they never were.
However, for good measure, we ended with Welsh Dragons x 5.
