Chumbaburpee: 3:41 secs of Burpees (27) and SSHs
-YHC played TubThumping by ChumbWamba
-Burpees every time the song says “I get knocked down”
-SSH for the rest
-27 Burpees in all…most of us kept up to the music, however, YHC should probably invest in an actual speaker in order to hear the song better.

The Thang:
-Numbered Cards = run to farthest pole and back after exercise
-Face Cards = Just the exercise with no run after
J=11 reps, Q=12 reps, K=13 reps
A’s = Welsh Dragons x 5
Hearts = Burpees
Spades = Big Boy Sit Ups
Clubs = Merkins
Diamonds = Squats

No one, including YHC, were rooting for A’s to be pulled, which they never were.
However, for good measure, we ended with Welsh Dragons x 5.

Thanked the men for coming to the first ever Saturday workout at Rocket Town. COT was simply a passage of Scripture:

“Two are better than one, because they have a good return for their labor: If either of them falls down, one can help the other up. But pity anyone who falls and has no one to help them up.” -Ecclesiastes 4:9-10

We may get knocked down, Men, but, together, we get back up again.
