Disclaimer? 0530ish start tine. Met up with Haka coming in on two wheels to make the start at the TH for the peak trail.

The Thang:
Run, run, run down Armstrong and Blazer. The pace was brisk today with very brief stops at the benches. We kept it moving and made it around 4.25 miles in 1:06. Haka and Armstrong push pace on the backside and back to the cars. Beautiful morning for a run.

COT:
Countarama and namearama. Announcements were made. Prayer intentions for Armstrong’s younger brother Hunter for career and opportunities in flight school and for Adi my niece who is having stomach issues. Amen.
