The Thang:
PAX lined up in the parking lot. Four light poles out, four light poles back. Each light pole 4x of each of the following exercises for a total of 32 each round. The catch, a song would be sung (by YHC) to the PAX prior to each round and the PAX would have to complete the lyric. WOW did this group come to play today. They nailed 4 out of 5 songs and the were not easy. Huge props to Mr. Rogers who was clearly the MVP. Honorable mention to Pointer, who apparently has some musical hidden talents, and probably knew most of them too. Mr. Rogers was just quick on his feet!!

We finished right on the mark with no time for Mary. But, the planks sort of held us over for abs. Talked about the necessity of prayer in our lives and in order to be high impact man. Mentioned a method of prayer I learned a few weeks back in the book “Introduction to the Devout Life” by Francis de Sales. Morning prayer anticipating the day and what lies ahead. Afternoon prayer as a check-in and reminder from the morning. Evening prayer with both thanksgiving and equally as important an examination of conscious. What you did to please God and what was not pleasing to God. Asking for grace to see tomorrow and to serve God again. AMEN!! SYITG!!!!
