Intro:
5 PAX came back from 2 mile EC mosey and awaited for Wax Off posting. More Pax came and start time 0600 happened without Wax Off showing (ooops). He does have a commute from BFE!!! HIMs took charge and moved forward in next man up style. Chief gave disclaimer and started 25 Pax on warmarama mosey.

The Thang:
Chief circled Pax up and continued with IC 25 one legged SSH then switch legs and repeat. IC 20 Merkins then went to Plank with penalty if PAX could not name F3 5 core principles or the F3 purpose. Pax did very well on this test. Chief passed Q to Uhaul. Broke into two groups for Indian Run around the mile block. Each group picked up the 6 at each corner. 3 corner changed to reverse Indian run with front pax doing 10 Merkins until at the back to run forward (rotating fashion). Groups ran back to 38th parallel. Uhaul took one group and Focker the other. Group 1 headed toward Focker Hill. Pax were paired up with one person running over the hill while the other started 100 Merkins, 150 Squats, and 200 WW2 (switching running and exercises til total completed). Group 2 line up toward Indian School doing 11’s with burpees counted down…. then running/backpedaling/karaoke/highkneeing across field for 5 squats and back for countdown to 0 burpees. Lastly Pax we’re circled up for Mary doing a ring of fire/ yoggi’s choice for exercise until time was up!

COT:
Countarama and namearama. Gave announcements of going’s on. Prayers: for the Doss family… see meal train in #general channel. For Stu’s son who is currently asymptotic with Covid. Safe travels for Den Mother back to IL. Coffeeteria!!! Focker is done with the Clock & Chain!!! Amen 🙏 thank you little baby Jesus. 😂
