Run backward up. Hold block curl on walk down.
Run backward up. Hold tricep down.

Mosey to pavilion:
Step up to squat with block. 6 count x 10.
Block toe taps 45 seconds
Step up to squat to military press with block. 6 count x 6. YHC almost fell a few times so had to halt.
Overhead press on my down.
Block toe taps 45 seconds.
Bent over row with clock.

Move to grass.

Flutter kick hold block overhead x 30.
