Intro:
Warm-up with reverse lunges, merkins, mt. climbers, and imperial walkers (10 x IC). Next, 5 min AMRAP using same four exercises – approx 5 rounds were completed.
The Thang:
Coupons were lined up at the starting frisbee and 4 cones were places in a line approx 10, 20, 30, and 40 yards out. Set 1 – right arm farmer carry to cone 2, back pedal to cone 1, sprint to cone 2, farmer carry to cone 3, back pedal to cone 1, sprint to cone 3, back pedal to cone 1, sprint to cone 4, farmer carry to cone 5, back pedal to cone 1, sprint to cone 5, then farmer carry coupon back to cone 1. Finish off set with 10 couple manmakers. Set 2 – same format with left arm farmer carry, backwards lunges, forward lunges capped off with 10 coupon swings. Set 3 – same format with OH fireman carry, reverse bear crawls, forward bear crawls capped off with 10 coupon thrusters. Set 4 – same format with chest coupon carry, carioca both directions capped off with 10 coupon merkins. YHC lost track of time and there wasn’t time for Mary (unfortunate). Great to have Den Mother join us from IL.
