Disclaimer given. Rule of 3 given 🐍 stay on 302 and lift you feet. Don’t fall on your face and enjoy the mosey! Started at 0530 sharp.

The Thang:
Got to PTR and the helipad was blocked off for construction 🚧 SO we went to the last parking lot on the right and left from there. We connected in 302 at the main Peak TH and started up hill. Bit less of a warm up than we typically get! But it works. We will not be stopped running PTR!!! 4 PAX strong today with two VR’s on PTR @Short Circuit and @Stark. @Blazer and I rounded us out. I recall @Stark saying at one point, “so, where is the flat part where we run”. 😂 it was a beautiful morning, cool but not cold. We did some burpees (who knows why) at the benches. Great run and reporting no physical injuries. Can’t speak for any mental injuries! 😂

Countarama and namearama happened. Quick usual announcements for blood drive and St Mary’s Food Bank events. Prayers and off into the weekend. Prayed for unity in our country with upcoming inauguration and MLK day! 🙏
