BLIMPS w/ cinder block exercise in between. 10x of each: B: Burpees L: Lunges I: incline merkins using block M: mtn climbers P: plank jacks S: Star jumps. After each letter carry block ~40yds there and back doing an exercise. Mosey to small hill and do extra work with block. Finish with Mary.
