Intro:
Well, its been a while……. so for those who haven’t been to a Spätzle Q welcome, lets get moving and we’ll be on the move for most of the workout and we’ll take a tour up to see what N. Korea is up to [ BTW . . . not a professional 😉 ]

The Thang:
M M M Motivators… . . 7 on down

Further Warm-O-Rama
10x Windmills
20x Mountain Climbers

Mosey (with Haste)
1 mile circuit (SSH at quarter-mile intervals for the six)
Sherpa led the charge across the street on to what looks like a large facility. . .

Stopped off at Corner of Humiliation to do some Monkey Humpers

For those who haven’t been to the Arcadia Water Supply Facility (aka the North Korean Nuclear Reactor) . . . welcome. Since we’re doing 100 burpees every day we might as well do them here.

4 points of the reactor, we’ll be running between them. 1 Burpee at 1st station, 2 at next, then increment on so and so forth 3, 4, 5, 6. . . up to 14 (that basically adds up to 100 right . . . looks around for C(L)ockblocker. . . happy anniversary to him btw)

Noted Canal drained, no bodies spotted.

Returned to AO and headed to 38th parallel. Some PAX almost ran over in street but all made it safely in the end.

Duck Walks across field. . . “Oh this burns quickly” says Spud

Panther almost gets an award for being the only guy to duck walk the entire way.

Wrapped it up with some Mary. . .

Ring of Fire
Low Dolly (Spätzle)
4 for the Core (Uhaul)
Sweat Angels (Wax Off) {really tough for future Qs, basically a snow angel with arms and legs suspended in air}

//Recover Recover

COT:
We are in a difficult time in our country and it requires decent people to stand up and amplify their voice of love and respect for their fellow citizens regardless of our differences.

I love and respect my brothers in F3
