Mosey to hill. Run up backwards in between burpee sets. 10 OYO variants.
Regular, Jack, 180, Low Jump Lunge(4), Marching, Parker Peters, Star Jump, Superman, Thread The Needle.

After 6th set, one round of Wim Hoff Breathing Method (30 big/deep inhales & short/hard exhales. 30th exhale is a full release and hold for as long as possible. Then, full inhale and hold.

Crescent Lunger with lean
Revolved Warrior Lunge to Half Moon to Standing Splits with 3 squats.
Pilates Scissor Kicks
Butterfly Stretch
Cowboy Oblique Crunch
World War Juans (WW1 with hamstring stretch and slow restart)
