Intro:
After a brief disclaimer, the PAX moseyed to the grass field where we began with Motivators (8x) and proceeded with Wind Mills (10x), Copper Head Squats (10x), Merkins (10x), and WWII (10x). After explaining why there was a constant “clicking” sound (i.e., chain around my neck with a large plastic clock), SV gave the PAX an option (1) proceed with visiting the local houses of worship (as planned) OR (2) improvise and proceed with jogging to Spaetzle’s house and waking him (and Gloria) up. The vote was unanimous ….

The Thang:
While jogging to Spaetzle’s house, the PAX stopped several times to do BLIMPS (burpees, lunges, imperial walkers, merkins, peter parkers). Needless to say, Gloria was not happy when we woke the entire neighborhood up!!!
