Intro:
Pax waited patiently for our Q Sweater Vest and as he wasn’t there and it was quickly approaching 0600 Focker stepped in imagining he was picking up warmarama. 20 IC windmills, 20 IC imperial walkers, start count of 10 motivators, 30 each IC cherry pickers, seal claps, overhead arm claps, back to cherry pickers. Still no Sweater Vest! Mosey!

The Thang:
Mosey to school parking lot. Everyone picked a parking space for some shuffling (front, side, back, side) with Merkins counting up each rotation from 1 to 10. Again shuffle instead of Merkins do, lunges counting only left leg, again to 10. Spaetzle decided to join us 22 minutes late (penalty burpees); Pax joined for last 9 burpees. Mosey to road. Down road, skipping, shuffle left and right in squat, backpedaling, bear crawls, reverse bears, squats with cherry pickers, 15 IC kick through, high knees, more shuffle left/right, backward run, mosey to FOCKER hill. Crab walk up hill, 20 donkey kicks count on L leg at top, crab walk down hill, squat at bottom with overhead arm claps, bear crawl up hill, 20 donkey kickers with count on L leg, crawl bear down hill, the plank with shoulder touches IC for 30. Mosey to Indian School corner, 10 IC Stu lead fire hydrants on both sides and 20 IC monkey Humpers, mosey. Skip back to cement circle. 20 IC dry docks and 20 count on the L step ups. Cherry pickers IC count of 20, overhead arm presses IC 20, 20 second count with arms out at sides… recover. Mary! Panther picked 25 IC American Hammers. Outback chose 20 IC Freddie Mercury’s slow style from 10. Recover.

COT:
Sweater vest shows up to the circle with 1 minute to spare. Countarama and namearama. Talked about Situational Awareness! Pay attention to what is happening around us.., friend or foe…. are we truly listening? Pay attention to wife and kids. Are you emotionally available? Be Situationally Aware.
