Disclaimer given! Pick up your feet and don’t fall on your face. Stay at n 302 and we meet up at 4 benches. 4 miles of rocky fun in the gloom. Start a bit late as we waited on our FNG to pull in!!! 0533 start.
The Thang:
Run run run! Shack Collar and Outback hung together for a bit slower mosey. They met back up with the running crew back at the Helipad. Very few hikers out on the trail today. We even had a light sprinkling of rain to cool us down. Made it up and over and around in good time with a pic at the shoulder for good measure! No yoga gals today. And back down to the helipad for some COT.
COT:
Countarama and namearama. We had one FNG today. Mr Rogers bother-in-law, Phillip. After much chatter we decided on Xmas as his F3 name. Prayers: For Josey, Choo Choo’s MIL, who is going through breast cancer and ALS; Scott Howard, Russ’ client with brain cancer; and a joyful and blessed Christmas Day! Amen
