DR Pax:

Warm up with short mosey then in a circle to cadence: front and reverse arm circles, lunges, merkins, and squats.

The Thang:
Introduced pack to a NOLA favorite: 5 min AMRAP – wall sit with 10 overheard presses, down into plank with 5 donkey kicks, then balls to the wall for 1 merkin or a 10 sec hold. Followed with 15 pullups or 75 burpees, 50 merkins, and 150 air squats (all eyes on Sweater Vests’ improving form). Next, alternating lunges from light pole to pole straight to half park mosey. Mary: Russian twists, WW II, reg and reverse bicycles, and side plank.

Zanjero’s wife made it through first semester. Shock collar has a close friend who is getting ready to pass, Clock mentioned Linda and family who just lost husband as a result of a motorcycle accident. Lesson’s from a men’s group: Own yourself, surround yourself with good men, bad asses make mistakes, always be moving, appreciate the journey, and sweaty eye syndrome is ok.
