Warm-o-rama with some bend and reach, rear lunge, rowers, windmills, forward lunge, superman, and merkins. Shuffle in the parking space to warm up the legs.
Brought out the sandbag. One man does a crawl bear while dragging the 60lb dead weight. Remaining PAX rotate choosing stationary workout and leads it in cadence i.e. mountain climber or burpee (which seems to be Chubs’ favorite). After all PAX complete, one man picks up the bag runs to point drops the bag picks it up on the other shoulder and runs back. Remaining PAX rotate choosing stationary workout and leads it in cadence.
Mosey to the basketball court for some suicides with a back peddle. We stopped at each point for 5, 10, 15 reps then a plank. Merkins, squats, mountain climbers. Rinse and repeat with 10, 15, and 20 reps. Now we bear crawl to the half. Do 10 Carolina dry docks. Bear crawl the second half. 5 Merkins. Crawl bear to the half. 10 Carolina dry docks. Crawl bear home where you must Al Gore for the six.
Praying for broken bones, widows, traveling PAX, health and wellness, motorcycle accident victims. Grateful for recovering spouse health and strength to join the men in the gloom. One of our PAX tweaked a hammy too.
