The Thang:
Since this was Wax Offs first time at the new AO we decided to give him the grand tour. We did an indian run around the park with the last pax dropping and doing 5 merkins before sprinting to the front of the line. It looked liked much of the park was underwater due to flood irrigation but fortunately the south soccer field was still dry so we set up on the north goal, paired up and did B.O.M.B.S. (see exicon for definition) with the runner going from the north goal to the south goal and back. Pax that finished first picked up the 6 and helped the other groups.
After all those squats and running YHC thought everyone wanted to sit down so went to the nearest wall and did Peoples Chair for a minute.
With a couple minutes left we did 4 for the Core x 10 OQ Each Side.
