Deck of Death – RocketTown Style!!

Intro:
Initially we had five. Clock gave the disclaimer, let’s start with mosey to warm up the body, and lets do it Indian run style. Wow there’s some great sidewalks and pathways out at RocketTown. Perfect spot for F3! Went around the park and about halfway around the PAX spotted a car pulling into the parking lot. We had been on a look out as we were expecting a possible FNG. The PAX made a hard turn to the South East and booked it back as fast as they could. Sure enough it was FNG Brian Schippers soon to be Ham!! He quickly joined the PAX and out to the middle of the field they went. Started with some motivators. Then imperial walkers, then hillbilly walkers, stretch the legs, and we were good.

The Thang:
Deck of death. Clubs WWIIs, Spades Squats, Diamonds Merkins, and Hearts Burpees, Aces run. The good news is we hardly pulled any Hearts. The bad news is, we pulled ALL four Aces. What are the odds?! And we only made it through about half the deck. Mostly because we kept having to run (prob little more than a quarter of a mile). Great times. Finished the deck off, as we were running out of time, with a surprise big boy suicide. FNG Ham pulled a card at random and we went to the baseline. Whatever he showed would be the number of exercises at each of the three lines across the filed suicide style. It was the 4 of diamonds (merkins). NICE JOB HAM!!! Great pull. Finished that up and went for a fairly simple Mary. Did 20x WWIIs.

COT:
Did another round of pick up the 6th. YHC happened to be the 6th and was quite unprepared as he didn’t think it would be him!! Regardless, talked about F3 and how it came at a time when I really needed it in my life.
