Intro:
Started at 0600 with the Furnace AO group…. Warmarama by @shock collar, 10 windmills in cadence, 15 SSH, 20 SSH, and 25 SSH in cadence with silent count after 10. Disclaimer given and breaking into two groups… those doing CSAUP and those doing the regular workout.

The Thang:
All ran 1st mile together. Murder Bunny group split off to the PHX banner. Start murder bunnies first little flag 🇺🇸 was 100 meters out to second flag 🇺🇸 was 200 meters. Mile = 4 trips out and back! Once completed then run last mile for two miles of running 🏃‍♂️ and one mile of murder bunnies. First PAX to cross was in approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

COT:
6 PAX who participated did a fist bump on the accompaniment! We were too exhausted to do Countarama and namearama apparently. We skipped right to coffeeteria!!! Awesome work fellas, proud of those who joined and participate! Definitely lived up to, “mind over matter, if you don’t mind than it doesn’t matter!” Way to excel!!!
