Welcome to F3. This is a free peer led workout, thus I am not a professional, it is each person’s responsibility to be safe and modify exercises as necessary. Remember it is you versus you.

The Thang:
Warm up
March in place and swing arms. Jumping Jacks for 30sec, Right foot forward left foot backwards, back left foot forward right foot backwards, Back both feet out for 30sec, butt kicker for 30sec High knees for 30sec. Repeat,

Drop workout
March in place (do a burpee when I say drop)
Jog in place (do 3 Merkins on drop call)
High Knees (do 3 plank jack on Drop call)
We will be doing this throughout the work out.

Indian Turkey run.
Overhand clap while doing forward lounges. Last person drop and do a merkin and run backwards to the front of the line.

Seal Walk
Seal clap while doing side squats 20 on each side.

Run back to base.

Hold wall Squat.

6X8 Up/down Planks
5X10 Ranger Merkins
4X12 Kraken Burpees
3X14 Elephant Squats
2X16 Yurpee burpee
1×18 Spider Merkins
