Intro:
Brief introductions and then moseyed to the south west corner of the Royale. We began with Motivators (8x), Copperhead Squats (12x), Merkins (12x), and WWII (15x). We then proceeded around the Royale in Indian Run formation, with the last guy doing 4 Merkins before running to the front of the line.

The Thang:
As we worked our way to the north east corner of the Royale, it became clear someone had left some “gifts” for the PAX – large playing cards, coupon, and a list of tough 2020 national and local election trivia. If the PAX “guessed” correctly, they selected cards from the lower number deck (2-9), if they chose poorly, they selected from the other deck (10, face cards, and aces). Hearts – hand release merkins, diamonds – diamond merkins, clubs – LBCs, spades – WWII, and Aces – 10 burpees. Questions included number of electoral votes (538), which two states have 29 electoral votes (TX, FL), how many US congressional seats does AZ have (9), how many state senators (30) and house seats (60) … you guessed it, we did a lot of running and exercises:). We ended with 6 minutes of Marry Around the Circle.

COT:
Asked God to help us to be the men, the leaders, the husbands, the fathers that he expects and would be proud of. We ended with freshly brewed Ice Coffee!!!
