Intro:
Met at 5:30 am as usual and after some brief mumble chatter we made our way up!
The Thang:
Quickly made it to the turning point and got 25 merkins in before making our descent. With of course the usual stops on the way down (air squats, lungees, dips) and 25 (Armstrong) Burpees at the bottom.
COT:
Uhual provided some thoughts on the upcoming FNG Saturday (Nov 14th) followed by Stu who closed us out with a 360 spin of appreciation and a great closing prayer.
