Intro:
Sprinklers were on so we went down to the volley courts to warm-up.

The Thang:
Moseyed back up to the sidewalk and did an indian run towards the bridge. Just before the bridge we stopped and did about 50 yards of flying nuns. Across the bridge we did a Paula Abdul sprinting to the first pier jogging to the second and then jogging back to the first. Rinse and repeat until we get across the bridge. On the other side we did 10 decline merkins IC with our feet on the wall next to the lake. Indian run to the grass field which we bear crawled across. Mosey to the street where we did SSH IC until the light changed. Started heading back across the Mill Ave Bridge where Wild Thang almost spilled merlot but managed to keep it together. Stopped at a couple spots along the bridge and did 25 squats and 10 burpees. Mosey back to the volleyball court for some Iron Cross and Cherry Pickers before Mary.
