The Thang:
Set-up/mark a ladder (suicides) of a total of ten spots. Using a poker deck you will determine the length of the ladder for each time. 10’s & face cards = the complete ladder. “A” aces means you do the complete ladder with a burpee at each spot. The other numbers equal the length of ladder you’ll complete. I.e “7” means you’ll complete a ladder to the seventh marker. Try to complete the deck in 45mins if you dare!! 🙂 Finish with Mary.
